- Degree or diploma in Marketing or any related discipline
- Min 3 years of sales experience in property or related field
- Result-orientated and confident with good-negotiation and analytical skills
- Must possess own transport
- Degree/Diploma in Business Admin/Accounting/Related Field
- Those without qualification but good experience can also apply
- Exposure to loan arrangement, documentation, billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to Sales Administration functions
- Experience in dealing with purchasers, bankers and solicitors etc
- Min 2 years working experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Property Developer System Software
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 3 years experience in similar position
- Computer literate and familiar with accounting software
- Able to prepare management report and financial statements
- Familiar with project accounting/credit admin/tax matters
- SPM or relevant qualification
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
